The making of dreadlocks for me has been a long developing journey.
I quickly learnt that I had to trust my training - as Dreadlocks develop slowly, over the years, and something I simply could not know and understand till i watched them mature and this is a gift i share with you...
With all types of hair and its different qualities will effect the way locs mature and develop. So to me this is why it’s called the DreadLock Journey.
Not only for the wearer but for you the maker. Patience and time is needed, care and lovin’ too.
But most of all, letting go… letting go of old habits, letting go of people judgments, letting go of control, letting go of the products, letting go of limiting beliefs of self, letting go of comparisons….
As I have always said this is more than Dreadlocks its just the tool to support others as they step into their authentic self.
I wish you all the very best in helping others to bust out of themselves to find a creative and fun way to explore and express themselves…
Ginnie xx
